Forge Financial Careers is the recruiting and career development arm of Founders Financial Group (FFG) — an independent marketing organization that has been operating since 2018.

FFG was built by people who had been inside the traditional insurance industry and hated what they saw: captive agents locked into low commission structures, cold lead systems that burned people out, and organizations that sold to private equity the moment they got big enough.

The founders made a different bet. Stay independent. Pay agents more. Give them real leads. Train them every single day. And when the best ones wanted to build something of their own, give them a real path to ownership — not just a title.

That bet paid off. FFG grew without outside capital. Agents who started with zero experience crossed $250K in their first year. Team builders crossed $1M. And the organization stayed true to the original promise: we answer to our agents, not to investors.

Founders Financial Group established as an independent marketing organization (IMO) focused on life insurance and mortgage protection.

2020

Remote sales model adopted ahead of the industry. Forge agents were selling over phone and video before it became standard practice.

2021

First agents cross $250K in annual earnings. Override income model proven at scale — team builders earning $500K+ within 18 months.

2022

Advanced markets division launched. Agents gain access to annuities, IULs, and Infinite Banking products — expanding income potential significantly.

2023

Equity program introduced for top builders. First agents earn ownership stakes in the organization. Private equity offers declined.

2024

Nationwide expansion. Forge agents now licensed and producing in all 50 states. Daily virtual training becomes a cornerstone of the culture.

2025

Top rep earnings exceed $500K. Team builders cross $1M. Forge becomes one of the fastest-growing IMOs in the country without outside capital.

2026

Forge Financial Careers launches as a dedicated recruiting and career development platform. The mission: find the right people and build them into elite producers.
